Travels Around the UK

What can we say about our own country and our travels within it ?
Where countries of over 60 million people are concerned, it’s not a very big place. In fact you can get from one end to the other in a day quite easily.
However within that small space is a massive wealth of scenery, environments, culture and history.
Below are some thoughts regarding the parts we’ve been to.

Chester

Brighton

Reading

Liverpool

Bristol

Whitburn

Silverstone

Blenheim Palace

Welsh Weekend

Welsh Weekend

A four-day weekend of spectacular scenery, flash cars, and expanding waistlines.
Silverstone

Silverstone

A day of fast cars, unhealthy food and no working.
Examining London

Examining London

I had a professional exam to take after a period of, well I'd like to call it "intensive study" but it would probably be better to call it "not being bothered" over the summer.

Hadrian’s Wall

Snowy Tattenhoe

It’s not often we get a lot of snow at home. When we do, it can be really pretty, and we tend to get to enjy it because we almost invariably end up with roads, offices, and life in general, being shut down until it goes away again.
Milton Keynes Architecture

Milton Keynes Architecture

A day out in Milton Keynes playing with slide film in our cameras.
Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace

In October Kas and I paid a visit to the estate at Blenheim Palace. Not a bad little house.
