A collection of articles about my statistical journey through the world of geocaching.
A game in which players use multi-billion dollar satellites to find bits of tupperware hidden in the woods.
Another year of tupperware hunting, and this time it all got a bit serious.
My first full year of caching, with still plenty to find near to home.
There were no specific targets I set for caching in 2010, mainly because at the start of the year I’d never even heard of it.
Colours appear on every map I’ve done at least one cache in. The darker the county, the more caches I’ve done there.
This matrix is all about finding caches that were placed in every month since caching started.
Each cache has a difficulty rating and a terrain rating. So the idea is to fill in as many different combinations as possible.
These pictures show my progress through the “Days Placed” matrix.
Here is my progress through the completion of the “Days Found” Matrix.
